We will finally have a Fourth of July AAUPW Picnic this year. Here’s some information about the picnic. Be on the lookout for the evite coming out soon.
What: AAUPW Fourth of July Family Picnic
When: Sunday July 3 from 3PM to 7PM
Where: Kristy Koth’s yard - Am Schnepfenweg 68, 80995 Munich
Who: All AAUPW Members along with their spouse/significant-other and children
Help needed:
Several people to arrive around 2PM to help with set up and decorations. Let Shari know if you can help and if you have any decorations – shari_temple@yahoo.com
Several people to stay late and help clean up. Let Shari know if you can help – shari_temple@yahoo.com
We need some extra grills. If you have one that you can bring, let Karen know – karen.frankenstein@gmail.com
If you have ideas for entertainment, let Susan know – godocat@voightps.de
What to bring:
Confirmation that you took a home covid self-test that day. (Verbal confirmation accepted.)
Bring whatever you want to grill or main dish for you and your family.
Please bring one side dish or dessert to share with others. When you RSVP, please indicate what you plan to bring so we don’t have all sweets (like we did one year).
Please bring a serving utensil for your side dish or dessert
Bring your own plates and silverware
Bring your family. If you would like to bring an out of town guest, please confirm with Shari if ok – shari_temple@yahoo.com
And most importantly, bring a smile on your face.
What AAUPW will provide:
Drinks – alcoholic and non-alcoholic
Plastic cups – but you can help the environment by bringing your own
Napkins
Opportunity for fun
