E~motion: Energy in Motion
In this workshop we will tune into and activate the vivid life, potential depth & expressivity of our emotions. We will explore our emotional bodies through movement, breath, physiological fine-tuning, and sensory conjuring. We will play with varying levels of intensity, emotional shape-shifting, veiling or releasing emotions. We will explore imbuing objects, people, and words with an emotional significance that lives and breathes. But most importantly, we are simply coming together to surprise and delight ourselves and each other.
The workshop will be conducted at EineWeltHaus on 10 February from 11 to 17:30. Enrollment is limited to 12 participants.
