Apartment hunting

Two different young(ish) couples are looking for apartments in Munich, but with very different requirements. The first hope to find something reasonable, at best 3-rooms, about 50qm. The second want something with at least 100qm and are willing to pay up to 2500€ warm and would go further out of town. Any leads would be appreciated!
