Froebel Stars made from Paper Strips
During our September show and tell AAUPW member Vivian Grabbe brought a paper star - also know as a Froebel star - that she had folded herself from paper strips. Many of you were interested in trying out this craft and asked for her to teach you.
We have now planned a Froebel Star Workshop for Tuesday, November 24, from 6:30 to 9:30 to be held at Hands Gallery in the Pariser Strasse 21. You do not need to bring anything except some time and patience. Vivian and Claudia will guide you through the folding process and you can take home your own star(s).
We would ask you to let us know if you intend to come - just send Claudia an e-mail at claudia@handsgallery.de.
We would also ask you to consider a donation of €2 per star to help cover the costs of the material.
This promises to be a fun night - folding stars, enjoying cookies and chatting. We would love to see you there!
